MEDIA TAG RE-DESIGNS

With all the streaming media these days, DVD & Blu-ray packaging is becoming less of a need design wise. But with the ever changing size and formats of digital movie & TV cover art for streaming services, some of these require a bit of a facelift.

MOVIES

Military/War & Submarine FIlm collections

I wanted to design a template that would act as a poster frame to display the original poster art while also creating a branded "collection" feel to it. I designed these for my Military & Submarine film collections.

The James Bond Collection

There have been so many iterations of James Bond films on Home Video that its hard to keep track. I wanted to design a simple, classic and clean cover collection for the 50th anniversary of this franchise.

MISC. AUDIO

Sometimes I like to listen to film commentary tracks or other types of audio media while I work, and in this case I wound up making cover art for these. Most of these are re-designs of existing poster art, cut and pasted and altered to fit the square format of audio media tags. It was a fun design challenge to find an aesthetic way to re format and add the new information to these tags by using traditional 1-sheet poster size art into a smaller square size format.

Here are a few examples
